Terms of Use

Last updated 31 July 2026.

CaseTrack is published by Wuyu (wuyuXAI), an independent developer. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Not legal advice

CaseTrack is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice. Nothing in the app is a substitute for advice from an attorney licensed to practice immigration law. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the app or by contacting support.

The app reports information published by government agencies and describes what that information says. It does not tell you what to do, what to file, or how to respond to anything USCIS sends you. If your case has been denied, if you have received a Request for Evidence or a Notice of Intent to Deny, or if you are facing a deadline, consult a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited representative.

Not affiliated with any government agency

CaseTrack is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State, or any other government agency. Government names appear only to identify the source of published data.

Accuracy

Case status, Visa Bulletin data, and processing times come from government sources and are shown as published. Those sources can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and they can change without notice. The app can also fail to reach them.

Do not rely on CaseTrack as your only source for anything with a deadline. Official notices mailed to you by USCIS are authoritative. A missing or late notification in the app does not extend any deadline and is not evidence of anything.

Purchases

CaseTrack Pro is a one-time purchase made through Apple. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payment is handled by Apple; I never see your payment details.

The purchase is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other devices with "Restore purchase" in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; I cannot issue them.

Features may be added or changed over time. If a feature that Pro included is removed, that will be stated in the release notes.

Acceptable use

Enter receipt numbers that belong to you or that you have permission to track. Do not use the app to attempt bulk lookups, to probe receipt numbers you were not given, or to interfere with the service. Access may be limited or blocked if the service is being abused.

Availability

CaseTrack depends on services operated by USCIS, the Department of State, and Apple. Those can go down, change, or withdraw access, and the app can go down with them. The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms appear on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.
