Email wuyuxai@gmail.com. I read every message. I am one person, and I am in a time zone that is roughly the opposite of yours, so a reply usually takes a day.

Tell me which iPhone and which iOS version you are on. You never need to send me a receipt number or an A-number, and I would rather you did not.

Common questions

Can it track my case?

No. There is nowhere to type a receipt number and the app never contacts USCIS about an individual case. It covers the Visa Bulletin and the civics test. For case status, USCIS has its own site and app.

Where do I find my priority date?

On your I-797 approval or receipt notice for the underlying petition. It is the date the petition was filed, not the date it was approved, and it does not change when you change jobs or when the petition is transferred.

The bulletin says C, or U. What does that mean?

They come straight from the Department of State. C means current: no wait that month for that category and country. U means unavailable: no numbers are being issued at all that month. Neither is a date, so the app does not invent one.

My category has no row this month

USCIS names one chart each month for filing purposes, and the bulletin does not always publish every cell in both charts. When your cell is missing the app says it is waiting for that month's bulletin rather than showing a stale number. It does not send a notification either, because it cannot say how far your date moved.

Which version of the civics test do I take?

It depends on the day you filed Form N-400, not on when your interview is. Filed on or after 20 October 2025: the 2025 test, 128 questions in the pool, 20 asked, 12 to pass. Filed before that: the 2008 test, 100 questions, 10 asked, 6 to pass. Enter your filing date under Your N-400 and the app shows the right one.

I am not getting notifications

Check iOS Settings first: find the app and make sure notifications are allowed. Then check the switch in the app's own Settings. If both look right, the most likely answer is that the bulletin has not come out yet, or that your cell was missing from the one that did.

I paid but the app still says I need Pro

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. That asks Apple which purchases belong to your Apple Account, which is where the record actually lives. If it still does not unlock, email me with the Apple Account address you paid with and I will look it up.

I changed phones

Enter your priority date again. There is no account, so nothing follows you across devices. That is the price of never asking who you are. Your purchase does follow you, because Apple keeps that: tap Restore purchase.

Can you tell me what to do about my RFE or my denial?

No. I build software and I am not a lawyer. Answering that question would be practicing law without a license, and being wrong would cost you far more than this app cost you. Talk to an attorney licensed in immigration law.

Deleting your data

Turn off Visa Bulletin notifications and the notification token and your priority date fields are removed from the server. You can also email wuyuxai@gmail.com and ask for everything to be deleted. You do not have to prove who you are, because I do not know who you are. The privacy policy lists what is stored and for how long.

Refunds

Apple handles the money, so Apple handles refunds. I cannot issue one. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account you paid with.
